This is truly a retreat from all the outside stresses that interrupt being with your favorite person(s). The Spa, Sauna & Fire all to yourself tucked in 20 acres of woods with a log cabin is fun too! How Do I Book? Email or Text can be used for questions about booking, but at some point calling is the most secure way to complete a booking since payment will be required at that time. We are very busy here at the resort in the mornings, so the best time to reach us is late afternoon and evening. Coming Very Soon.. online payment option. How do I Pay for my stay? You pay when you book. We accept Visa, Master or Discover. Check Cards work if they have one of the above symbols on them. Note: Option- pay 1/2 when you book and 1/2 when you arrive (with a $20 processing fee) for budgeting a stay. You must request this option. The second 1/2 of the stay would then be processed the morning of your arrival. Refund Policy? Prior to Reservation: More than 30 days- All but a $30 processing fee will be refunded 30-15 days- 1/2 of your stay is non-refundable 14 days or less- deposit is non-refundable. No shows are charged for entire stay. Early Check Outs not Refunded. When is check in & out? Check-In: Your cabin will be available any time after 3:00 PM. (Self Check-In allows greater flexibility in check-in times) NOTE: Owners, as well as, some staff reside on the property, so you are not alone. :) We need: 1. Email or Phone to Text--- Cottage Name & Keyless Door Code to, prior to your arrival. 2. License Plate Number. On Arrival Simply: 1. Follow the signs to your cottage. 2. Use your keyless entry code to enter. Check-Out: 11AM Do we allow tiny little well trained pets? We love animals! But due to allergies... No pets :0( Are there restaurants near? Many in New Prague and a beautiful supper club 'Lakeside Super Club' on the same lake we are on. 1/4 mile from resort. We are also close enough to civilization to order a pizza for delivery. information is an your cabin. And 24 hour Colborn's Grocery in New Prague. What is in the kitchen? *Fridge-reg size *Microwave *Coffee Pot -- filters too *Pots/Pans *Toaster *Dishes *Utensils (cork screw too) *Dish Soap/Dish Cloths *Stove (with oven/burners too) What is in the cabin? *Hot Tub in your cottage. No soap/oils. Spa Scents available or included with all packages. *Sauna in your private fenced back yard- a step out the door. Yes. You can sprinkle rocks w/ water. *Fire -we supply the wood/kindling/matches *Games and books- things you may actually enjoy playing. *Bedding & Towels- the beds are made and you have a nice assortment of pillows *Charcoal Grill- bring or buy charcoal *Bathroom for each bedroom- the only outhouse here is for looks! The water is soft too. *Dish Soap/Dish Cloths *A/C & Furnace - In All Cabins- no need to sweat or have a fire unless you want to. Massages? A Certified Massage Therapist is available upon PRE-scheduling. When you call or email just inquire and we will check availability. There is NO Guaranteed that one will be available. The massages are one after another-one therapist. The Massage Therapist brings the table, lotions/oils, music. The massage therapist talks to you prior to the massage about what area you may need more work ex: shoulders Any questions at all.... ask them when you book your cabin. :0) This is great for someone who has never had a massage-non threatening to have someone come into your space. What is 'Scented Kindling'? A bouquet of flowers, sticks and all things burnable with a delightful fragrance. Burn it or keep it for later. General Policies? *No Pets* *We really are in the woods. no paved paths. High Heels can be difficult at times. *Children: It is important to keep in mind that many of our guests are on romantic getaways or adult group retreats to enjoy Gracious Tranquility-children tend to find Cottagewood beautiful, but boring. Call for further assistance...some exceptions work very well. *Cottagewood is not responsible for personal emergencies. *No refund for early check out. We reserve the right to change the above without prior notice. 11/10 Partying Policies? Again, It 's important to keep in mind that many of our guests are on romantic getaways or retreats. This is NOT a party spot. Drink in moderation or book elsewhere. All guests must be prearranged in the office-for all guest safety. Day guests leave by 9:00pm. If in violation of any of the above, you will be: asked to leave, w/o refund and any damages or sleepless nights for staff will be compensated. No free babysitting here.
